Warranty and Return Policies

Return Authorization for Repairs, Exchanges, or Refunds

ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AUTHORIZATION. Please do not return any item(s) until you have completed the appropriate form below AND received an RA approval email from Dynavin North America. This email will include a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions Please see our return policies and RA forms below:

 

 

Dynavin Warranty 

New Dynavin products have a one year warranty which covers parts and labor starting from the ship date unless otherwise noted. Only Dynavin products purchased from us or from one of our official Dynavin North America dealers is eligible. We recommend that you first make sure that your Dynavin firmware is up-to-dateClick here for the latest firmware updates. If the firmware update does not fix the issue, the next step in the warranty process is to email support@DynavinNorthAmerica.com as most issues can be resolved by adjusting a setting or correcting an install-related issue.

Any issues must be reported before the warranty expires in order to be eligible for warranty coverage regardless of when the issue(s) began.

If needed, warranty claims/repairs are completed at our location in Fresno, California and typically completed and shipped back to the customer within 2 business days. The 1-year warranty covers parts, labor, and shipping the item back to you. The warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage. Email us if you need a unit repaired that is out of warranty.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item to us in Fresno, California. Please note that we are unable to provide prepaid return labels to customers outside of the United States.

We are happy to troubleshoot until the issue is resolved. We also offer support/troubleshooting for the life of our products.

We are not responsible (and do not provide any reimbursement) for any install or labor-related costs due to troubleshooting and/or reinstallation of products. When choosing an installer, please choose one within a reasonable driving distance. If there is not an official Dynavin dealer in your area, please choose an experienced installer in your area.

If you have a question or need help troubleshooting a product that you purchased from us, please email your name, order number, and specific issue(s) to support@DynavinNorthAmerica.comDepending on the issue, we will advise you on how to proceed. "OPEN BOX" products: Some "Open Box" products have a 1-year warranty from the ship date unless otherwise noted on the product description page. We will repair or replace at our discretion. "Open Box" items are eligible for return within 30 days from ship date for a refund less shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Warranty Claims for a Defective Item

New products have a one year warranty from the ship date. We handle warranty claims at our location in Fresno, California. Return a New, Uninstalled Item for a Refund

New and uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase or shipment for a refund less shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item to us in Fresno, California. Please note that we are unable to provide prepaid return labels to customers outside of the United States.

Installed units are not eligible for a refund unless purchased as an "Open Box" or "Refurbished" item and returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that any markings or damage to the product, components, or packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee. Missing parts/components must be returned before a refund will be given or the cost of each missing item will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to returns/exchanges or labor charges related to installation or reinstallation of products. We do not provide reimbursement for labor charges for reinstallation of products.

To return a new, uninstalled, and unopened product purchased within 30 days, simply complete the form below for returns only (not for warranty claims; see above for warranties). Once you have completed the form below and it is approved, you will receive an email with a return authorization number and return instructions within 2 business days.

Dynavin North America 2-year Extended Warranty

  • Can be purchased with most new Dynavin radios.
  • Dynavin North America will cover parts for any product defects, labor, and cost of shipping the item back to you.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to us in Fresno, California. Prepaid labels can only be provided to customers within the U.S. by request.
  • Extended warranties are non-refundable after 30 days.
  • Dynavin North America guarantees a live person to troubleshoot any issues you may have during the warranty period.
  • Dynavin North America will repair or replace the Dynavin unit at their discretion.
  • Extended warranty does not cover cosmetic/physical/water damage.
  • Dynavin North America will offer extended priority support during the duration of the warranty period.
  • All Dynavin units include a one year warranty. The extended warranty covers one additional year for a total of 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • The extended warranty must be purchased in the same transaction as the Dynavin radio.
  • Coverage is good for 2 years after purchase.
