How to Return or Exchange an Item
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AUTHORIZATION. Please do not return any item(s) until you have completed the appropriate form AND received an email from J&T Distributing/Dynavin North America with a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please see our return policies and procedures below.
- Warranty Repair/Exchange: If your item is under warranty and you think it may be defective and/or you need technical support, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and issue. Only complete the "Warranty Return Authorization" form below when instructed to do so.
- Refund: If you'd like to return a new, uninstalled item for a refund (within 30 days of purchase), see "Return a New, Uninstalled Item..." below and complete the "Return Authorization Form".
- Repairs: If your Dynavin is out of warranty or in need of repair, please contact email@example.com for an estimate.
Dynavin Manufacturer's Warranty
Dynavin products have a one to two year manufacturer's warranty from date of purchase. We take care of any warranty issues if purchased from us. We will repair or replace defective units at our discretion. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost of the defective item. We are not responsible for any install or labor-related costs due to reinstallation of products.
If you have a question or problem with a unit you purchased from us, email your name, order number, and question to firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on your issue, we will advise you on how to proceed. In the meantime, check out our FAQ and Learn pages for help as most issues are easily resolved. Contact us if you need a unit repaired that is out of warranty.

CLEARANCE, OPEN BOX, AND REFURBISHED units have a 1 year warranty for N6 or previous models and 2 year warranty for N7 models. We will repair or replace at our discretion. Return within 30 days from purchase date for a refund less shipping cost.
Warranty Repair or Exchange of a Defective Item
New products have a warranty of 1 year for N6 or previous models and 2 years for N7 models. Please contact us first as most issues can be resolved by changing a setting or may be installation or user-error related. (If within 30 days of purchase your product is found to be defective, contact us immediately and, if needed. We may exchange the item immediately. After 30 days, defective items can only be repaired not returned.)

Return a New, Uninstalled Item for a Refund
New and uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund less shipping costs*. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Installed units can only be exchanged if defective unless purchased as an "open box" or "refurbished" item and purchased within 30 days. Please note that any markings or damage to the product or packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee. Missing parts/components will incur additional charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to returns/exchanges or labor charges related to installation or reinstallation of products.
To return a new, uninstalled, and unopened product purchased within 30 days ago, simply complete the form below for returns only (not for warranty claims; see above for warranties). Once you have completed the form below and it is approved, you will receive an email with a return ￼authorization number and return instructions within 1-2 business days.
