Adaptiv is a new brand from Connects2, which allows extensive multimedia and navigation upgrades to the OEM screen. A plug and play, all in one interface adds Navigation, Bluetooth, iPod/iPhone, USB/SD and Aux inputs as well as support for an aftermarket reverse camera to your OEM head unit.

For Audi:

A3 2013+: Head Unit / System: 5.8 QVGA color display. Audi Multimedia radio in glove box. Vehicles with OEM Aux input only.

A4 B8 Model 2012-2015: Head Unit / System: 6.5" Color Center Display. Vehicles with OEM Aux input only.

A4 B9 2015+: Head Unit / System: 5.8 QVGA color display/7" color MMI display. Vehicles with OEM Aux input only.

A5 2012+: Head Unit / System: (SE Models) 6.5" Color Centre Display. Vehicles with OEM Aux input only.

Q3 2012+: Head Unit / System: (SE Models) 6.5" Composition Media head units. Vehicles with OEM Aux input only.

Q5 2012-2016: Head Unit / System: (SE & S Models) 6.5" Color Center Display & Concert Headunit (Non MMI). Vehicles with OEM Aux input only.

NAVIGATION

The GPS navigation uses the latest iGO Primo USA & Canada mapping.

REVERSE CAMERA

An aftermarket reverse camera input is included, which allows plug and play installation of an aftermarket camera through the OEM head unit.

VIDEO

A wide variety of video formats are supported when playing through SD or USB, including MPEG, AVI, MP4 and WMV.

AUX INPUT

The Aux input allows connection of any external device via composite video/audio input.

SD CARD

The SD card input allows playback of a wide variety of audio, video and image files. Audio files supported are MP3, AAC, FLAC, APE, Video – MPEG, AVI, FLV, WMV, MP4, MKV, OGM, Image – JPEG, PNG, GIF. Album art is also supported in audio playback mode.

USB

The USB input allows playback of a wide variety of audio, video and image files. Audio files supported are MP3, AAC, FLAC, APE, Video – MPEG, AVI, FLV, WMV, MP4, MKV, OGM, Image – JPEG, PNG, GIF. Album art is also supported in audio playback mode. USB mode can also be used for software updates of the both the Adaptiv interface and also the Navigation software.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

HDMI

The add-on HDMI module allows a high resolution input of both Apple and Android mobile devices. The input allows display of video and apps on the OEM screen. Not available for BMW interfaces.
